Very fast service, even faster than the police. I called twice already, n both time were defintely faster than police. (I called at least 10 times over the last 3 n half years, cuz the nature of my business.)

Brian is the most helpful, professional driver I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Our motorhome was sent to a shop by AAA AT 5:30pm. After spending the night in a hotel they told us they couldn’t work on RVs. AAA couldn’t send another person out to pick up the RV and send it to the next suggested shop until one in the afternoon, so we called Desert Valley who sent Brian out. Couldn’t work on it for 2 to 3 days so Brian called around and found a place that can do it same day and didn’t charge any extra for the tow time.

Totally amazing! We broke down in Barstow, literally on the exit ramp from the interstate. Just coincidentally, Shaun from Desert Towing was headed back to hq at the end of his day and saw us sidelined. He immediately pulled over and offered to help. Not just to tow us, but to tell us about a repair shop, rental cars and hotels nearby since it was nearly 5 pm. He was super careful with the car tow. Everything worked out great thanks to Shaun's terrific customer service. So difficult to find folks like this these days. Price was reasonable too. Thank you!
