I loved receiving daily updates and pictures, and she came home happy. The staff was warm and welcoming, which really eased our anxiety at drop-off. They were also available by text if needed. She got me in before any dog appts to prevent her from being stressed. I will be returning there with all of my animals instead of corporate businesses. Only and I repeat ONLY flaw is that it is a cash only facility. It would be very convenient for management to incorporate electronic payment ?? Other than that everything was 10/10!
