Super thankful for this company! When we needed a local tow because of a transmission issue they got someone out to us in 25 minutes and kept great communication. Poor guy was on his way home, but we’re very thankful.

My Vehical cought on fire on the freeway coming from Palm springs to Banning.Might I Add it was a new/used off the lot 2013 beautiful Ford Taurus.I only had it 3 weeks and this was the first time I drove it.It was Fathers day weekend.Anyway,FAMILY TOW was awesome he only charged me $75 to tow it off the freeway to my home.They were the last ones I called thank Jesus for them.EVERONE else in Banning wanted $200+..To tow it and did not care the car cought on fire and we got BURNED...Go figure..humanity is still alive,,thank you FAMILY TOWING...SINCERLY the PIERCEY family....Banning ca.
