Front desk staff are pleasant and helpful with questions, appointment scheduling, understanding treatment plans, and determining Denti-Cal coverage. Wait time, even with an appointment, can be 30 to 40 minutes, so expect (allow for) some wait time. I would suggest to WCD to turn OFF the loud CCTV screen, because it causes added stress and unwanted noise to persons in the wait area. Keep it off or replace it with low-volume, healing frequency calming sounds from nature 432 hz. Thank you.
I brought in my daughter for her first visit and I was very pleased with West Coast Dental. The front staff were very welcoming and friendly, made me feel comfortable. The office was well managed and I didn't have to wait. The assistants walked me through the process and Isaac was great! I've never had a smoother dental visit I will be coming back next week for an Invisalign consultation!
First time patient and amazing care was provided friendly, loving treatment. The care they provide to patients is one a kind, i cannot lie about it. Helped out to handle my finances to proceed with my treatment. Front staff cindy and maribel were awesome. Back office francisca and dr. Wassif are awesome. Definitely recommend to come.
