I went here about a month ago Staff is very friendly love the doctor she’s so patient and nice. Big lady who works the front office not so nice, all she cares about is money and tries to tell you what you don’t need not sure if she’s a doctor to be telling me what I do and don’t need every time I would try to ask the doctor something the big lady would interrupt. Very unprofessionalSince she is going to respond to my review let me clarify my daughter is a patient there but I am speaking for her and when I ask something she doesn’t let the doctor answer. Let's make this simple and clear. Do not come here and waste your money or time. Unprofessional and rude save your time and money. Gave them 1 star because I had no choice!!!! There's more other dental offices in our City of Baldwin Park that'll treat seniors with respect.

I am very unhappy. I was with the dental before they took over and they tried to charge me extra for them taking over. The front lady is rude and doesn't listen. She would get into arguments with my grandmother because we wanted to get phone calls instead of text messages. I would ask her for my next appointment and she would tell me she doesn't know instead of looking at her computer. She was very unorganized.The dentist doesn't know what she is doing, instead on closing gaps she's added them. Every time I went in she would look at my teeth and say "i don't know what to do" because she kept just throwing things on my teeth not understanding what the effects were going to be on my teeth. On appointment days I would show up before my appointment time and I wouldn't be seen until 45 minutes later. I left this office and went to a different one.
