I had the privilege of being placed here for my CPT license and I would recommend that everyone who can be placed here, do so by reaching out to the team.

Fernando and Leslie were both very knowledgeable about their roles in Phlebotomy in the medical field. They knew the best ways to set up the environment to make it more understandable for students who come here and gain confidence and clarity in knowing their role. They both went the extra mile to ensure that not only were they focused on making sure their patients and coworkers were never left unassisted, they still completed the task of supporting their students at every draw.

I appreciate Araceli, mayra, and so many other of the girls in the back who were so nice to assist with me and my experience there.

“I'm impressed with Dr. Symaco & his assistant Anita's proactiveness. They called me up after receiving my lab results, to ask if I'm feeling any symptoms and sent the needed prescription to the pharmacy after the call. In addition, the doctor was able to see me right away even though my original appointment was scheduled a couple of weeks away. Dr. Symaco provided excellent care and listened attentively to my concerns. He and Anita displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.“

“My daughter has been coming here to see her pediatrician since she was born. They have two entrances one for sick babies, and the other for regular appointments. I really appreciate the separation because it helps prevent the spread of sickness. I've had nothing but positive experiences here. Dr. Agnes Jee is so sweet and amazing. She takes the time to answer all my questions and I love her energy around my baby. Every appointment I've had here has run exactly on time. I haven't had to wait one extra minute past the appointment start time.“

“This review is for Dr. Matthew Smith. My daughter had a severe case of bronchiolitis following a viral upper respiratory infection. When we brought her into PM care, she was in severe respiratory distress. As soon as Dr. Smith saw her, I could immediately tell he was extremely concerned. I was blown away by the level of care Dr Smith provided by daughter. He stabilized my daughter with several rounds of nebulizers and a dose of steroids, frequently checking in on her. As a physician, I can attest to the level of care he provided. This was near emergency department level of care. If it weren't for Dr. Smith, I'm not sure my daughter would have survived - if she did she would have needed an ambulance ride to the ER. Dr. Smith restores my faith in the ability of physicians in our society and what human beings are capable of. He showed true compassion for my daughter, at a level I find truly exceptional in my profession. Also, my thanks to the entire team at PM care including the front desk and MA's. Keep up the good work!“

I really like my primary care doctor, Dr. Ha Tran but I especially want to acknowledge Patricia Ruiz, the Patient Liaison at the Optum-Glendora for her compassionate and professionalism towards new patients. When I first walked in she greeted me, sat with me and explained how their facility works. In addition, she is very responsive whenever you have questions and you contact her directly. If she can't take your call, she will make sure she calls you back the next day. If she's not able to help she will direct you to someone who can help.
