“Upon reading the other reviews and what they posted about their bad experience I have to say that has not been the case for us. My son has been attending here since December and we have been very happy with his training and Master Daniel. The class is full of students and everyone works hard during training and all the kids are well behaved. My son is more shy and keeps to himself but his team mates and Master Daniel make him feel at ease. He loves going. Yes it's a contract and billed monthly and we are okay with that. The price is great for us. I would recommend checking out the class yourself and seeing if you like it for your child then going based off old reviews. I don't know what happened in the past but it everything was very straightforward when it came to the contract.“

“This is the best Jiu Jitsu class because they truly focus on teaching. I've tried other places where it's mostly about fun. I don't want to spend money, especially time, driving and waiting for my kid for a Jiu Jitsu class just for fun. But here, after just one free class, I didn't hesitate to sign up for a year. They really teach things even from the first class. I really like the coaches here, especially Mr. Albert. He is kind yet strict, maintaining full control to ensure that kids are not just playing around but learning properly. I appreciate the balance of discipline and kindness. “Been training here for about a year. They teach traditional Kodokan Judo which includes throws, sweeps and grappling (ne-waza). Senseis are friendly, patient and encouraging. 2 classes a week for both kids and adults. Great place to learn and build connections with other judokas.“

“The studio is NOT glamorous but you can see and feel the dedication of the students from there. Younger students are encouraged to try their best and excell in all faucets of their life. Adults in the classes attend to learn and improve skills, all egos are checked at the door. The parking lot does leave alot to be desired. Lines can't be seen very easily and some other patrons of the little shopping strip make up their own parking rules...“

“Mr Chavies is the true essence of "the Master". It's been some years now since I was a student of his. Yet the lessons he taught me are ongoing. Many of the days training under the touch of a "Master's hand" were harder than anything else I have experienced, with a few times in tears. I understand now it is because I cared so much, for his attention and approval. I received much attention {lots of push-ups} and occasionally, approval. If I were training with Mr. Chavies now, I know I would care just as much trying as hard as I ever did. However, I would not receive as much attention or approval. Now I understand. “Great martial art gym! They offer muay thai, boxing and jiu-jitsu classes here. The head coach it a former champion with multiple belts. As well as some of the coaches there, so u know they really know what they're teaching. If u seriously want to be a fighter or even just for exercise as they offer fitness classes and strenght and conditioning classes as well. Great fit for anyone and everyone there“
