Do not recommend ordering from this florist. Paid extra to have flowers delivered before noon to a business. Around 5pm I started receiving calls/texts that they delivered the flowers to the front desk but the business was closed. Once I stated the business was closed so who did you deliver the flowers to? The delivery person said “oh, the business is closed so can I deliver to your address?” This became more of a hassle and I would NOT recommend ordering from this florist. Very unprofessional.

I placed an order through FTD for a Sympathy bouquet. A dear friend of ours had just lost her spouse. The card was Sympathy. The words on the card were words of comfort and sorrow. The flowers were even called the "Clear Skies Bouquet" listed under funeral/sympathy. They delivered the flowers with HAPPY BIRTHDAY BALLOONS!!!! This was the most careless and thoughtless display I have ever seen from a business that is supposed to be in the "feel good" category. Thankfully their business name was on the card and I can post a review on every site available. Absolutely disgraceful.

I used LaLa Flower Shop recently for (2) dear friends mourning the passing of their moms. The arrangements delivered were so beautiful and brought comfort to my friends. The quality of the flowers were amazing. LaLa Flower delivered the arrangements shortly after order was placed. Will definitely use LaLa Flower Shop for future floral deliveries.
