My family and I have gone to get our taxes here on and off for years. SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. Don't think that because you've been coming here for decades since way before they moved to this current building that it gives you privilege to be rude if they can't attend to you right away, or that you can walk in and not expect a wait. They're busy! Expect a wait. I went this year due to the fact that I moved back from Utah, went back to school, and have a unique tax situation and wanted to make sure I filed correctly. I wasn't prepared, and I didn't take all of my documents. Bertha was patient with me, she explained my options, and she even called the IRS while I was there and helped me get more information regarding my W2's. I so appreciate this family and their dedication to help others. One year her son even did my taxes for me. They're all great staff there and qualified to assist with your needs.

Bertha was the most educated and helpful tax agent I have worked with! She got me more than TurboTax was going to refund me last year. When I was born, the hospital put my SS DOB different from my birth certificate and she STILL got the e-certification to work. So many years of it being rejected and she got it to work with no issues.
