They have bad service. There is no urgency to see the patient, only those who attend, such as the receptionists at the window, are very poorly educated and only spend their time talking and the patients are waiting for hours with an appointment or without an appointment. He did not recommend this clinic, it is very small and but they do not care about their work, they only come to meet a schedule to collect a check. I am going to change to another clinic that cares about its patients. If there are handlers here, they don't know how to do their job.

You have to baby sit the office through doing their job. They don’t tell you your results are ready, you have to call and ask over and over. When you results are ready, you have to schedule an appointment for the doctor to tell you your results over the phone instead of them just quickly telling you. My bf has had the same injury for 3 weeks now and it’s not getting better because of their neglect. Don’t go here. Save your time

It has taken 11 months to finally get an appointment with children's hospital. Each time I called to see if paperwork was sent couldn't get a straight answer. I finally went and literally banged on the door and called them to let me in. Stood infront of the window with children's hospital staff on the phone and had to walk them through the process. Really! They have no clue how a computer works. These receptionist are useless!
