Im giving 3 stars because I didn't have to wait 40 minutes to be seen, it only took 20 minutes. Maybe the wait wasn't long dive I was scheduled at 6:00 am. Once the technicians took me in to a trailer equipped with MRI equipment it was quick. I didn't get their name but the young lady and young man did their job quick and were very efficient. Can't wait to see all the remodeling Kaiser is doing in radiology
The best ?!! People work here Love it they do kind and nice Patient to talk to people Miss Tzu Ying Chen ( the nurse helper) And the best doctor ( Dr. Shawn Jin Hyuk kim md ) Physician They so nice !!! Sweet !!! Patient understand very thing easy
I would love to rate the excellence and outstanding customer service of a Kaiser member who attends urgent care . The receptionist Vanessa Garcia always gives great customer service. She shows care and concern. Always very helpful to me and my husband. We tend to visit urgent care often and always look forward to being serviced by her.
