Charlie does a great job! She makes sure it is done correctly and doesn't take forever to do it.
I have only been a small handful of times but I will continue to go to her.
If you are looking for a new barber give her a shot! She won't disappoint!!

I've been coming to Westchester Barber Shop for the past four years. Charlie is one of, if not the last, Master Barbers in Bakersfield who gives exceptional haircuts.Her shop is reminiscent of the old barber shops with a great selection of magazines and history books to peruse while waiting your turn.

This was my Barber for 5 years before the pandemic. Always an excellent cut without any gimmicks or bs. I had to try elsewhere since i am not shopping in Bak and live 50 miles away. I wish her well.
