Worst experience with a company EVER.They stopped mopping and picking up entirely -- we're a gym! That's the only thing there is to do!They make you sign a contract, however -- the contract is NOT for THEM to follow, it's for YOU to follow.After e-mailing me claiming we've never paid them, I submitted the proof they cashed the checks from me; so then that made her mad and she tried changing the payment terms today which would essentially steal about $1,000 from us. Kind of seems like someone just needed some extra Christmas money.When I referenced the contract, she argued with me for 2 hours via e-mail and stated "Going forward, all invoices are NET15"... Uh no, they're not, we have clear payment terms and that's all i'm following. Like I said, the contract is the contract, or why do we have one? I'm following the contract NOT 'Michelle Schulz's' rules.What did they do next? CANCELLED THE CONTRACT.She said I was 'harassing her' and 'threatening her' and being 'disrespectful' by saying I will only abide by the contract not her arbitrary rules after I signed.So, I told her, nothing is cancelled --- the contract THEY WROTE AND SIGNED says they have to give me 30 days notice.She agrees but then goes right back to how everything is NET15, again; not in the contract. Not doing it. She said fine, they're finished with me on the 6th and it's cancelled.I then insulted her by saying how d*** she was for losing a client by not following her own contract which she wrote, then she cancelled even the "notice period" and demanded I pay her even for future time she didn't clean.HILARIOUS. Oh yeah -- she's going to sue me because SHE didn't follow the contract that SHE wrote and now SHE cancelled the contract illegally and now wants money she isn't owed for future services SHE won't do. lololol.Avoid at all costs. Seriously.

Yesterday night my cleaner came in and clean our office as usual. and as I was walking down the hall I noticed just how clean our door windows are. and how our office seems to have every inch cleaned. I feel that our cleaner never cuts corners and always leaves our office clean. They are very professional.
