“I called Carlos tree service after the last wind storm, where 2 palms started leaning ready to fall. I sent him some photos and he quickly gave me a reasonable estimate. They showed up the next they, and we added trimming all the trees as well as removing 2 trees. They were friendly, professional, with very nice equipment. “I can't say enough good things about this company!! I mostly dealt with Monica who was incredible. She was there with me every step of the way when my 35 year old tree blew down during a storm. It was a week before thanksgiving and they were able to come out the next day to get it taken care of. I spoke to them at 5 pm the night before. Monica showed up with the crew and explained how everything was going to go. They were fast, professional with my yard and property. Monica then helped assist me with my insurance claim to make sure it was exactly what they needed so I could get my claim closed. It's stressful when life throws you a curveball but they truly made it all so much easier than I was anticipating. Quick responses, and everyone I dealt with or spoke to was very kind to me.
