This is an update from my previous review on Touch N Glow Salon. I stated I was not satisfied with the aftermath from a hair color. I spoke to the owner today regarding this situation, when I went to get my eyebrows done there....honestly this place is always on point with the brows. It was an unfortunate situation with the hair color. Nevertheless, we spoke about what had taken place and what I had experienced with left over dye stains. She was very informative and very remorseful and more than willing to do right by her clientele; I was very impressed to hear this and also understood her point of view, that this may have been an isolated incident. I called for a basic trim straight across and she said it $25 for a half inch and $30 for a full inch. When I got there she said my hair needed about two inches cut. The only good part was, she didn't charge me extra for the additional inch. The cut itself came out straight, but she didn't even comb out my hair. I literally paid 30 bucks for five snips. Luckily, it doesn't look bad. She then offered to do my eyebrows to which I declined seeing that, she didn't try to brush out my hair. Won't talk about my hair cut. But what I Didn't like was that I called and asked how how much a haircut was before I went and one lady on the phone said $30. When I got to the chair the lady who cut my hair( was not the lady who answered the phone which is fine but it's important to know. So when I went to pay I was charged $35 might have been my fault since I didn't ask before I sat down just to verify the price but I don't like asking her prices which is why I called before I went in to verify how much it was going to be.
