I'm nervous about strangers and the staff is patient and kind. They always take the time to explain and educate and I never feel like they are rushing to their next appointment. I've also found the front desk staff to be responsive and helpful. 10 out of 10 recommend.
This post is for the vet-techs at Southwest who all are so hard working wonderful, knowledgeable and kind. A special thank you to Jeffery who was so understanding, caring and patient with my dog Ella last Friday during her nail trim and glands expressed. You are much appreciated Jeffery!
I have been a loyal client of Southwest for over 15 years. They have always been my go-to even when I lived across town. The staff is always kind and compassionate toward my and my pets' needs. They have always tried to squeeze me in when having urgent needs. Dr. Love is one of my favorite doctors but to be honest all the doctors have always taken great care of my two girl doggies. The only reason i can't give them a 5 star is due to their phone lines being tied up (lots busy signals!) and relatively small office. I can say they have truly outgrown this location and could really benefit from a larger office and better phone system.
