Have been with this group for yrs. Once my physician was relocated with the group on truxtun the receptionists service is rude on phone. My rx are not faxed leaving me to call office & getting attitudes from receptionist. Referrals to other specialist were not sent 3 times leavingme to find my own specialist. Seven mos later I get a call that referral has been received. Reason I stay is because doctors are wonderful. Very professional and listen.

I had my 1st appointment with William Chamberlain yesterday, and he was awesome. He sits and listens to what you are saying. He explains everything very well. I highly recommend him.

Physician's Assistant Trevor Williams is awesome, however the girls working the front desk have bad attitudes and answering the phones are the worst, I called three times within 15 minnutes no one picked up the phone. As I read other reviews it seems to be a problem, time to hire new help.
