Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

Working on the 6th recall and 3 different technicians. My A/C has not been running properly for nearly 2 months in the middle of summer. The technicians keep saying they see the problem and going up to check the unit and running to grab "parts" but nothing is fixing my A/C. This most recent visit when the tech is leaving saying that they see that there is still an issue with the system and they are going to let the warranty company know, they leave an I received an email stating that my repair claim had been closed and that there is nothing wrong with the A/C.
