We met personnel from Rock Bottom Pools at the latest Bakersfield Home and Garden Show. Although I never thought we could afford a pool, I was impressed by Rock Bottom's personnel and their willingness to discuss ways to install a pool in an economic way, so we proceeded to get a bid from them. Their detailed estimate and computer-generated mockups convinced us to proceed with them.

When making an investment like a pool, I believe three things are important: quality, value, and responsiveness (communication). Rock Bottom came through on all three counts. Our experience with Rock Bottom Pools was fantastic. They provided us with an extremely competitive quote and answered all of our questions about the pool building process. Our situation was a bit unique, as we were under construction on a new home. They worked directly with our contractor to schedule all construction and inspections. Once finalized, they provided a month of startup services to dial in the chemicals and ensure the pool was curing properly.

The pool is beautiful and makes these hot Bakersfield summers bearable. Chuck, Braya, Celeste, and the entire team at Rock Bottom are the best!

Kenny made the whole experience smooth and accommodating. Their crews were all professional and very hard workers in weather that was over 105! I will definitely recommend Rock Bottom to anyone considering a pool installation.
