These guys did an excellent job. From the initial consultation with Alex Rosales to the office scheduling, and tree removers it was very easy. They were all very nice and let me know what would be done. They had good communication on timing to be sure we knew when to expect them. It took less than 2 hours. Also, their rates are comparable to anyone else doing the same services. Very happy with this company.

This is our second time using Rancho. Great experience both times. Called for a quote and the guy was here the next day. Workers were here a few days later to do the work. They gave a fair estimate and did the work quickly. No complaints.

I requested several quotes from several tree services to remove a large pine tree, and a VERY large ash tree from my backyard. I also had at least 10 tree stumps to remove and 5-6 bushes in the front and remove all the vegetation from the side of my pool (an entire fence length). There were roots and vines that needed to be removed from my yard as well over the entire length. I had a lot to do. The other quotes were astronomical. Rancho came in and took care of everything. Even swept my pool when they were done cutting all the bushes around it. Was it perfect? No. Had some issues with their big grinder which took a few days to sort out. Did it impact me?
