Water damage from leak in attic on a broken drain pipe. Adam and his crew removed over half of ceiling drywall, installed plastic sheathing to isolate the attic and set up dehumidifier to dry up ceiling joists. The team took time to protect unaffected areas. They came back three days later to take readings on the affected area. They were thorough, efficient, and courteous. Amazing! I don't even know where to start. PuroClean is fast, efficient, professional and responsive. Everyone from Adam and his crew to the office staff were on the same page which is refreshing. We have used other companies in the past for water damage claims and PuroClean blew them out of the water. I will never use anyone else. Adam and his crew were very courteous. I’m very conscientious about who I let inside my home, and they were all super professional. My wife has an immune disorder and they were all wearing masks to keep her safe as possible the whole time. They were fastidious about finding the leak and the damage it caused. Always responded to calls or texts immediately, and got the job done. I am a renter so the owner paid, so I can’t comment on the price, but the owner was happy as well. All in all, I’ll never call anyone else for this kind of service. good work guys!Services: Mold inspection
