These folks are just exceptional. Shana manages the work extremely well remotely and is easy to work with. Angie supports her with communication with the Insurance company. Every one of their field staff are professional, experienced and get the job done. Above all they clean up well after themselves as good as my housekeeper. This was a major job understaking of restoring my kitchen after major water damage. But with the grace of God and the support of Pro Restoration it was accomplished.
