So I've gone a couple more times since my review and felt disappointed that it was trending as a 4 star place. I prefer to support small local businesses rather than go to large chains but was getting restless. Finally I decided to go again but switch providers (duh, I forgot we have the option to do that!), and it made a world of a difference! I can now confidently state them as a 5 star joint. I am well pleased with the gentleness and kind bedside manner of the provider I now see instead. Thank you, Parlor wax co!

Not much of a waiting time but since it is located downtown then you need to come early to find parking. I have been coming for about a year and amazing service! I am in and out in 10 minutes or less for a Brazilian. I always request my service with Sandi. It's is a cute environment.

12 out of 10 customer service from the beginning. From the beginning, I was recommended Parlor Wax Co by multiple friends on instagram. I was able to easily find their phone number online and schedule a same-day appointment . As a male, scheduling waxing services is a little intimidating. But from the get everyone was super nice and helpful. When I showed up to my appointment, I was greeted by Jayme. She is super nice and professional and I was quickly taken into the back and my whole service lasted no longer than 10 minutes.
