Dropping in on a pool is a big commitment and I have to say a scary thing. The other component I think is conceptualizing the process from start to finish as its a large process to get a pool in there and fine tune all the details. Paradise dialed it in for my family. Getting started was easy, getting down to details and concept was smooth, and the roll out was likewise lengthy but worth it. Equipment has all the bells and whistling we need to be happy all summer long. All their staff were top notch and helpful, we are very pleased with our pool!

Our pool, fire pit, and inground trampoline are installed and completed and our family is 100% satisfied with the work Richard Skaggs, at Paradise pools, has done. It's a refreshing experience to actually feel like a customer and the associate actually listening to your request rather than pushing their personal interest. Unfortunately, that's a rarity here in Bakersfield as many businesses in different industries have forgotten the art of taking care of the customer. I sat down with many pool contractors here in town and many would leave us hanging, show up late, quote us ridiculous and over-the-top prices, or never asked us what we really wanted in the design. One particular pool contractor who had been working with us for a while, due to a series of unfortunate family issues that occurred and forced us to put a hold on our pool project, was the worse of them all. In the end, I had to move on to a different pool contractor because he had the audacity to tell me that he's never had a customer take so long to choose a pool design knowing what had happened to our family. I can't rave enough about Richard as he guided us immensely through this process and took the time to explain every step of the way. He made sure that we were 100% satisfied with what we had chosen. Working with him made it clear the many years of experience he has in the pool industry. I would recommend Paradise pools and particularly Richard to any family, friend, or colleague. Thank you, Richard, for putting a smile on my kids' face!
