The receptionist, medical assistants and veterinary all friendly, engaged with the animal and explained recommendations for treatment. The waiting room and inspection treatment room was well lite and clean. Thanks for your help!
I had a good experience with Dr. Lohr removing a growth on my cockatiel's wing. It's been a few weeks and now you can't even tell that there was anything there. The staff was nice and seemed to care for the animals. The only reason for four stars is that their administration price was weirdly high, even compared to other vets, and when I had questions about the finances they weren't as clear or thorough as I would prefer. But in terms of their animal care, very happy!!
Dr Lohr is a wonderfully kind gentle Vet both with his canine clients and their human caretakers. All the staff is so kind also and assist with smiles on their faces and in their spirits. Dr Lohr is a highly skilled surgeon. You can trust him implicitly with your animal family members. I have been a client for about 20 years.
