Several years ago Michael Brown sent a crew out to repair my sprinklers. They did a wonderful job. They do not service our lawn but exhibited professional customer service on this one time job.Recently, I requested a bid for a complex on the north side of town. Michael called me directly, he communicated clearly, with timeliness and met my request with great effort. Several days later he followed up with a phone call. No one does that anymore. I am happy with the visit from Michael K. Brown Landscaping this morning. They were friendly, professional, efficient and left a clean workspace upon completion. It was a challenging valve replacement job and they were able to accomplish it in a very reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend their services.
