Insanely and completely rude check in staff. No one told me what to do except for the security guard who only told me to check in. Once I checked in I stood there for about 10 minutes looking like a fool. The check-in lady was so rude enough to say what are you doing and did you check in yet, I said I did check in I've been waiting, she said then why haven't you giving it to me yet. I have used medical transport before. It cost me $100.00 to go 3.5 miles but I don't care. They are clean and the people nice. They then helped me stagger to the hospital security car and put me in the back seat. It was DIRTY and... read full review
