Insanely and completely rude check in staff. No one told me what to do except for the security guard who only told me to check in. Once I checked in I stood there for about 10 minutes looking like a fool. The check-in lady was so rude enough to say what are you doing and did you check in yet, I said I did check in I've been waiting, she said then why haven't you giving it to me yet. And I said I haven't been told what to do. She asked me if I had my id, I said yes, but that I'm looking for another emergency room that I can go to. One that's less busy, and, (in my head I said) "one with less rude people", but I didn't say that out loud. I then decided to leave to find a less busy emergency room, had no luck, decided to come back here, and the security guard said that they would no longer see me. I don't know why. I wasn't rude, I didn't cause a fit, I didn't damage anything. All I did was stand there and wait for someone to tell me what to do and the front right check in lady was so rude as if I could read her mind or know how the process works. All I did was fill out the check in paperwork, stand there, wait to be told what to do, get spoken to so unnecessarily rudely, and then I politely told them I'm just going to go find another emergency room. And then when I get back, I'm told they don't want to see me anymore and I'm not allowed inside. That is complete b*llshit. I came in with festering and infected and pussy wounds from an assault, plus severe dehydration and panic and anxiety, and she has the gall to treat me like that? I don't and did not deserve that, and someone being rude to me after everything I've been through after the assault, during the assault, etc. is the last thing I need. She deserves to be fired or highly retrained and taken off the job. I wouldn't go here if you want to be treated like a human. She makes healthcare look insanely bad. I'd rather wait hours elsewhere to at least be treated decently. She seems like a terrible human.

Wildly disappointing. They leave the front desk staff so severely understaffed that they can't possibly triage correctly. The providers shrugged off someone who wasn't able to breath and said they had to wait in an area they weren't even visible the lady was legit passing out, then they wouldn't allow me back with my partner which ending up being a good thing because I saw them try to turn away a women because she didn't speak English, I work in the health care field so I stepped in and asked about translation services and the front clerk was like "oh ya where is that tablet"? They flat out accused a man of being homeless and trying to get pain meds and wouldn't even allow him to see an actual medical professional, he said multiple times he was not homeless but she just argued with him saying he obviously was... They let other companions go back with the person they came in with but told me it was too crowded. I believe this was in retaliation due to me speaking up several times while I was there. My partner was placed in a converted storage closet with a door that wouldn't close. They told her to pull down her pants to receive a shot with the door open and other patients looking in. They gave her a treatment that took 7 minutes and then left her in the room for 2 and a half hours, she could overhear the nurses realizing they had forgotten her. Honestly just such an over sad experience.

I went in yesterday morning by ambulance with vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness and headache. They gave me IV fluids for a few hours. Since I had come in by ambulance I requested that they call medical transport to bring me home. It was not a busy morning for them. They told me I was to wait in the waiting room for my transportation. The nurse had to help me stagger to the waiting room. Then they came and told me that they were taking me home. I have used medical transport before. It cost me $100.00 to go 3.5 miles but I don't care. They are clean and the people nice. They then helped me stagger to the hospital security car and put me in the back seat. It was DIRTY and DISGUSTING. They then helped me stagger to my front door and left me. I told the driver that my neighbors were going to think I was drunk because he had to help me out and stagger to the door. They called in script that weren't delivered until the next day. So as soon as the meds in the IV wore of I was right back where I started.
