“Today I was released from my physical therapy. Almost four months ago I started my physical therapy after my total knee replacement. The first month was so difficult for me. It felt like it will never get better. Less than two weeks after my surgery my therapy started & Ron Ah K, PTA (Kaiser at San Dimas St. ) was assigned to me. My recovery was very slow. To be clear it's not Ron's fault. It's the way my body/system works. I'm very weak & leg had been weaker after the surgery. After a month of waiting for pain to get better which it didn't and not making any progress with my straightening & knee bending. It's very frustrating. At times I felt like not going to PT but with Ron's encouragement, patience, guidance, knowledge & professionalism I passed all the days that I felt that I'm not progressing. He had been a big part of my recovery. I'm very glad that he's the one that helped me go though the difficult months I had to go through. I'm much better now, walking without a cane. Still working to get back on my feet & fully recovered. I had joined a gym to continue on my PT. Definitely I will miss going to PT & of course Ron my wonderful therapist, thank you so much for guiding me all through my painful & hardest days. I couldn't have done this without you.“

She is very down to earth and always makes you feel validated when expressing your concerns. She has a great attitude and always greets her patients with a smile. She is the best part of this practice! I have since started my two sons with autism here and she is amazingly patient with them as well. My husband just transfered to this clinic! Top notch care!“

It wasn’t selective about which virus we “wanted or didn’t want to come in contact with” Shout out to Lauren Small Children's Center at Memorial Hospital Not only were the nurses amazing, but it also took me down memory lane, Lauren Small was such a beautiful, vibrant, and kind person. Though I didn’t know her very long or super well, It gave me a chance to lay in the hospital bed with my son and tell him stories about her ? I know this experience is exactly what she would have wanted other kids to have.“

“Absolutely the best cancer care and many other issues! Wish I had gone here many years ago. Went to AIS first in early 2020 and saw the greatest Hematologists. Waited a very short time. Took about 15 minutes approximately to talk to the most intelligent Hematologist, he listened intently to every word I expressed. I was absolutely impressed with my understanding of what we discussed! I followed his information and did all the necessary test. He accomplished me getting my hearing back and diagnosis me spot on! My diagnosis was finally diagnosed after nearly 50 years of going to many different Physicians with great knowledge. Please go here first if you have any hard to find immune system issues or cancer. God Bless every single Physician, Hematologists, the amazing staff, the amazing receptionist! They are all perfectionist. Always try to calm you. AIS is so clean, efficient, and reliable. “I just started coming to this facility, and I really like it! I've only had the pleasure of meeting my PCP doctor once, but can tell she's a very good doctor, takes the time to listen and ask questions & was just an easy person to talk to and open up with. I had a broken foot so she ended up putting in an (expedited) referral to see the foot specialist, which just so happened to be located on the second floor! The very next day the referral was approved and the podiatrist office (foot doctor) was calling me to set up an appointment for THAT following day... Super fast! I've seen the podiatrist a handful of times since then, and he's a really cool guy as well! Communicates well and definitely has your best interest at heart! Pretty funny guy too! I've also gotten my blood taken here per my doctor's request, and have had several foot x-rays done here as well, I love that everything is located in ONE building!! The building isn't even super huge either! so it's easy to navigate around. They even have an ER! Plus I've noticed that they're hardly ever busy! It's pretty much empty every time I've come! wait times are no longer than 10 minutes at the most. My last appointment I was 30 minutes early and they were able to get me in right away! Just seems to good to be true lol. Friendly staff, clean facility, so grateful to have Dr Raju (her nickname) as my PCP and BFMC as my doctors office. -The end.“
