“Today I was released from my physical therapy. Almost four months ago I started my physical therapy after my total knee replacement. The first month was so difficult for me. It felt like it will never get better. Less than two weeks after my surgery my therapy started & Ron Ah K, PTA (Kaiser at San Dimas St. ) was assigned to me. My recovery was very slow. To be clear it's not Ron's fault. It's the way my body/system works. I'm very weak & leg had been weaker after the surgery. After a month of waiting for pain to get better which it didn't and not making any progress with my straightening & knee bending. It's very frustrating. At times I felt like not going to PT but with Ron's encouragement, patience, guidance, knowledge & professionalism I passed all the days that I felt that I'm not progressing. He had been a big part of my recovery. I'm very glad that he's the one that helped me go though the difficult months I had to go through. I'm much better now, walking without a cane. Still working to get back on my feet & fully recovered. I had joined a gym to continue on my PT. Definitely I will miss going to PT & of course Ron my wonderful therapist, thank you so much for guiding me all through my painful & hardest days. I couldn't have done this without you.“

It wasn’t selective about which virus we “wanted or didn’t want to come in contact with” Shout out to Lauren Small Children's Center at Memorial Hospital Not only were the nurses amazing, but it also took me down memory lane, Lauren Small was such a beautiful, vibrant, and kind person. Though I didn’t know her very long or super well, It gave me a chance to lay in the hospital bed with my son and tell him stories about her ? I know this experience is exactly what she would have wanted other kids to have.“

“I have been a patient of Dr. Jurich for several years. She is one of the kindest, caring and compassionate doctors I have ever had. I was treated with the best care and utmost respect. My wife has brought up switching Insurances several times, I always tell her the same thing that I have such a great Doctor I don't want to leave.“

“I just started coming to this facility, and I really like it! I've only had the pleasure of meeting my PCP doctor once, but can tell she's a very good doctor, takes the time to listen and ask questions & was just an easy person to talk to and open up with. I had a broken foot so she ended up putting in an (expedited) referral to see the foot specialist, which just so happened to be located on the second floor! The very next day the referral was approved and the podiatrist office (foot doctor) was calling me to set up an appointment for THAT following day... Super fast! I've seen the podiatrist a handful of times since then, and he's a really cool guy as well! Communicates well and definitely has your best interest at heart! Pretty funny guy too! I've also gotten my blood taken here per my doctor's request, and have had several foot x-rays done here as well, I love that everything is located in ONE building!! The building isn't even super huge either! so it's easy to navigate around. They even have an ER! Plus I've noticed that they're hardly ever busy! It's pretty much empty every time I've come! wait times are no longer than 10 minutes at the most. My last appointment I was 30 minutes early and they were able to get me in right away! Just seems to good to be true lol. Friendly staff, clean facility, so grateful to have Dr Raju (her nickname) as my PCP and BFMC as my doctors office. -The end.“

“I had an initial contact via a phone visit and Dr. Jacob was amazing and efficient with out having seen me face to face prior to this. Friendly and professional as well as was her assistant. I was sent for labs and I used the appointment system at the Ming offices. I barely sat down after a quick check in process and was called back. A huge shout out to my phlebotomist Mr. Urandy who quickly put me at ease, am an anxious type patient, and very painlessly extracted the samples needed. The offices are lovely and very clean. The staff helpful and so sweet! I'm actually looking forward to my Dr's office visit!“

“I've had Kaiser now for 15 years. I've never visited a Kaiser that was not clean and beautiful! I've never had a bad experience or appt at Kaiser in all my years. I love Kaiser on Ming. I'm always greeted as I walk in, I've used the self check in kiosks twice with the help of an employee. The different providers I've seen have been affable and professional! When I do need to book an appt, the app is helpful and convenient. And I've never had a long wait when it comes to booking an appointment or a wait when at Kaiser. Although I never had to visit my doctor on a regular basis, I'm grateful for Kaiser. I know I'd be in good hands in an emergency!“

“If I could give the ENTIRE STAFF at the AIS Cancer Center on Chester Avenue, (right across from Quest Imaging) a 50 star rating of excellence, compassion, humor, and professionalism, I most assuredly would. Dr. Francesca Hoehne, Medical Director of the Breast Center - is outrageously incredible and beyond reproach...even though she says she is not. I use the term "beyond reproach" because Dr. Hoehne is forthright, easy to talk to, listens to you (even though you don't know what the hell you're talking about)...and loves what she does. Have you ever heard of an accomplished breast surgeon, medical director with "FACS" say to you that most people think she's crazy? Have you? NOW, that is, in my book - HONEST, BEYOND REPROACH. SHE'S ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. How fortunate I am to have her as my doctor, and any other woman in this town who sees her, her associates, and staff at the Adventist Health AIS Cancer Center. They all got it "GOIN' ON!" Thank you all ever so much for everything.“
