I had an amazing experience the last time I went to the Bakersfield Massage Envy. I had booked online, but the appointment didn't show up in their system. The manager Jessica was able to accommodate me despite me basically being a walk in. Connie was great and I really enjoyed my massage. I received the enhanced muscle therapy as an upgrade and felt it was an extra boost to helping remove the tension I carry in my shoulders and low back.
Purchased a couples massage for my boyfriend and I we had to move the date of the original day of the massage. Which was no problem. Once we came in for our couples massage Leann the Assistant Manager who was extremely negative said that the call center messed up and that they wouldn’t be able to conduct our couples massage today. We were so disappointed. Her story line made no sense and we came to the conclusion that the local store made the mistake and didn’t want to confess that they gave one of our masseuse to another client.
