Ordered a nail kit and when I opened the package, it looked used. Powder was all over the place! Wanting to return but they don’t offer prepaid label so I have to pay $23 to ship it back. Never buying from Kiara sky again.

I love this place, and you wouldn't believe it, the young ladies at the front were like the etiquette police, all prim and proper. They made me feel as if I'd wandered into a fancy tea party! They were so attentive, I half expected them to offer me a monocle and top hat. They practically put "red carpet treatment" to shame. If I even hinted that I might need something, they were on it faster than you can say "high tea." ??

This company is horrendous and horrible and they’ve Reluctantly took forever to to send out a refund until my bank on involves and now I’m filing a dispute against them for those who have complained about this company you have been correct and I feel so appalled for even buying from them
