This is a follow up to my earlier negative post about this business. Lori contacted me via email with the promised quote. I told her about the negative review I had written and she explained why she hadn't responded. They were in an area known as Pine Mountain Club for a couple weeks and encountered terrible weather which caused her to lose phone and internet reception. They left that area and was able to contact me. This was something out of her control and I'm now reversing my negative review. If I could I would delete/remove it but that option doesn't exist. So please disregard my previous review and consider using this company. Bob
