Called for cost estimate and ETA after getting stuck on the side of the highway -- Jim's had the shortest ETA compared to nearby tow services. David arrived earlier than the ETA-- he was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond. We were so grateful. We paid the same amount as the estimated quote.

They arrived quickly, our gentleman was friendly & helpful, they were extra understanding when I told them I was stranded with small children ( I have had towing companies not take that into consideration before!!) and their price was very fair. We were beyond satisfied with their service and would definitely use them again if needed in the future & I would recommend them to family & friends!

Am a Truck driver & I had my fair share of towing companies & roadside assistance stories but By far Jim's is the best! They have help me several times in the past & all the techs have been great! Alan came out at 2 amto figure out what was going on with my truck he was able to figure it out & got me on my way. Awesome dude thanks again Alan.
