I was an avid runner, recovering from old chronic use injuries. I transitioned to HIIT style workouts that combined strength/resistance, cardio/plyometrics, etc. I ended up with terrible pain deep in my hip/groin which limited mobility. I thought I just pulled something. After about 2 weeks of worsening symptoms, I decided to just go to a chiropractor. I googled around, looked at reviews, and decided to go with Active Life. Scheduling is always easy, friendly staff takes care of you, and you know what to expect, just like your favorite meal at McDonalds. And the Chiropractic Care has helped my back through a couple of injuries. Life-saving.
Dr. Sabol gets right to the pain. I usually am feeling better after my first visit. He explains what the issue is and what he is going to do to alleviate my pain. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting time is minimal. I highly recommend.
