The plumbing technician they sent was on time and he did give us a reliable and correct diagnosis for our water heater and also was able to get the pilot light started so it would work at least temporarily. He was very nice and he did tell me it was a Honeywell unit and that his company warehouse did not carry the part we would need to replace on it, and said we would have a very difficult time finding parts for that Honeywell brand water heater from any reputable company here in Bakersfield, Ca. He recommended we replace the unit w a new unit altogether. The only reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 stars is due to the technician promising to check a few other places for our Honeywell unit's part and promised to call me back 4-5 days, and I in turn said I would pass along the quote to replace the unit to my spouse. He never did call me back at all, however he was not wrong about his diagnosis or his advice. While he was here he also was able diagnose and fix a problem with the pipe beneath our sink that carries the water from our dishwasher to the drain spout and drains the water into our kitchen sink. He fixed it very quickly and he was also fast and very affordable. This plumbing company has been my spouse's mother, aunt, and grandmother's go to plumber for at least 40 years. We were very pleased.

We have used J Noble Binns for a decade or so. Last month they came out and fixed a clogged/slow draining drain for me. The fix lasted a couple of days. I called them to come back out and fix it again a month later (my next day off), they came out and fixed it again....and covered it under warranty at no charge. Awesome job standing behind their work.
