The level of professionalism in this "medical facility " is surpassed only by a 3rd rate veterinarian office in TJ. The untrained staff of high school dropouts act as if they are bothered by your very presence. As you dismiss by them and told to sit and wait. It typical of the Industrial Medical shilling to the corporate and insurance industry they are there to protect $$$$. Not about getting well or medicine. Just Protecting profits . Lawyer up when you make a work comp claim . And predestinate You're own Dr when you become employed or you will be stuck in on of these "medical Mills " with no hope of real treatment

If there will be a zero stars that's what I'll give this such call doctor besides that they act like you're asking them for a favor they fight between staff & doctors all the time their staff are lazy & worthless they all have a face like they hate this place as much as everyone else it takes hours to be seen once you get in they don't even do their job it's a scam just to take responsibility off the companies that's why mist companies use this place.

On my 3rd visit I was taken very seriously , and given compassion by Justin , and everyone at the front desk. They’re always helpful especially Shakira. Don’t want this good to go unnoticed , as it is very rare today in Bakersfield.
