“I have been using Central Valley Raters to do all my duct tests airflow tests and refrigerant charge tests for about 10 years. They are always within 10 minutes or so of their schedule. Mike works with me very closely as far as schedule and I can usually get him to come early if we are ahead of schedule, which makes my life much easier. While we are at the customers home installing the unit it is much easier to have it tested so we can move on with getting the necessary certifications to call for final inspection by the building department. “Called on Friday for service on our A/C, they were able to schedule us on Tuesday which is extremely quick given it is July and temps have been up to 115. Joseph was our service technician and he was extremely polite and thorough he went over our A/C cleaned and tightened up a couple things checked out thermostat and was going to check our air filter, it we change ours every 90 days so it was not necessary since we had just changed it July 1. This company offered us a great deal on spring and winter service. We will definitely be using them for all our A/C needs.
