“Justin Conrad deserves 100 stars ! This is the most ethical business person of any type of business I have ever used not only in Bakersfield but in every city or town I have ever lived: (Santa Maria, Ventura, Pacifica and then Olalla in Washington State. Justin was referred to me I believe in 2008 or 2009. Maybe earlier. Prior to that we can use Busby but as with all other HVAC businesses if you call for AC service or repair after us April 1 or before October 31, you would wait a minimum of two weeks for a technician. Not Conrad's. He will come out the day of your call if you don't mind him coming to you on his way home from his last job of the day. I don't so he has gotten my AC up and running as late as 10:30pm or the following day as early as 6:30am adding me into his schedule before his first scheduled appointment for that day.“

“I have been using Central Valley Raters to do all my duct tests airflow tests and refrigerant charge tests for about 10 years. They are always within 10 minutes or so of their schedule. Mike works with me very closely as far as schedule and I can usually get him to come early if we are ahead of schedule, which makes my life much easier. While we are at the customers home installing the unit it is much easier to have it tested so we can move on with getting the necessary certifications to call for final inspection by the building department.
