On 4/2 /2024 I went to pick up my glasses at 10:20 am she said I couldn't get them till after 1.. she was very rude...no sorry for wasting my time or my gas on top of no answer.... I called 15 times...she gave me the vibe of she's better than me. Last time I go there....
Terrible ! they told me my glasses would be ready in 2 weeks , a month later I have not received a call to pick them up and I have tried endless times to call and NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE !!!!! they were quick to charge me for everything however .
Been calling to get my sons glasses nobody answers. I don’t think this place is even open. Anytime we would go to an appointment early we would be waiting 3 hours or more. We went in February still haven’t got my sons glasses. They told me a few months ago we needed to pick frames again that the ones my kids chose they dont carry. Then when we went in to get new frames it was closed and we had an appointment. Is this how you run a business????
