I'm so grateful I found Mark and Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning! We have an oatmeal-colored Pottery Barn couch that has had a distractingly GIANT stain on it for several months. I was afraid to clean it myself because the cleaning instructions are intricate and specific and frankly, the couch wasn't cheap. In hindsight, a pricey, light-colored couch in a house with children wasn't the best decision I've ever made. That being said, calling Mark made up for my previous lack of judgement. Mark came out today to clean my carpet, which to be honest, I thought might be a lost cause due to neglected pet stains & damage. I really thought I would need to replace it, but Mark was able to get the stains out & it looks like new. Another benefit is the method he used to clean the carpet. It's not soaked, which is what happened during prior cleanings. The last time it took several days to fully dry. Mark left 20 minutes ago and it's already just barely damp. Clean & the animal odors are gone & his fee for his services was very reasonable. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks, Mark!
