There was urine on the carpet that was really strong and we had a different business come out twice because it was so bad and they still could not get the smell out. Nice people but this business has been around a long time so they don’t put as much time and effort in. I reached out to Harris cleaning and talked to Dillen and he fit me in the schedule really fast. He really took his time cleaning the carpet and getting the smell out! Harris was very knowledgeable and professional in his approach and his explanation of his cleaning method, expectations, and timeframe. He completed the job with ease and I couldn’t be happier.
