I asked GRC PLUMBING about repairing my Moen bath spout nozzle. He recommended I call Moen for a replacement, and because it is under a lifetime warranty, it was free! After it was shipped to me, GRC came, removed the old one, installed the new one, and caulked it. I only had to pay for the labor. I am so grateful Gabriel told me to call Moen to see if it was eligible for replacement under warranty even though the builder installed it 14 years ago. Very good info to know! I recommend this business.
