Great experience with our service tech Mark. He found the source of the problem with our less than a year old tankless water heater, arranged for the part to be shipped directly to us and come back to change out. We will definitely use Frontier and Mark for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

We discovered a damaged and leaking garbage disposal. I made a call to Frontier Plumbing and Alicia promptly assured me they would send someone out the next day. Romaldo arrived on time as promised and he was very courteous and professional. He explained the unit could not be repaired but he was able to locate a comparable replacement within the hour. He returned and had the new disposal installed and running perfectly. The cost was reasonable and Romaldo ensured our kitchen was clean and back to normal. We were on day 3 of a leaky faucet in our kitchen. That meant the water was shut off to it and made it hard to cook. Frontier came the day we called and at the designated time. The technician was masked and did a wonderful job. We will definitely use them again.
