My husband was a walk in customer. He was taken right away no wait on a Tuesday afternoon. He was assigned to a barber named Dreamer. As a first time customer and we are new in town we googled a barbershop in Bakersfield. So glad we chose Fred's! Previously he had a barberess for 30 years in the Bay Area. Dreamer surpassed all expectations and more. My husband's new barber will be Dreamer from now on. Great service and the best haircut try Fred's on Rosedale. A 6 star experience from Mikethestripe!
Jose did a phenomenal job with hair and beard and took the time to earn a new customer. This man is a beast when it comes to his craft! Thank you Jose for the best hair cut I've ever had in my life.
Finding a good barber is like finding a doctor. You want to trust that person, establish a relationship, and only work with that person as much as possible.
Now, Orlando is going to be that guy. He gave me a professional, excellent fade - exactly what I was looking for. Nothing fancy, just a clean cut. Cut cost was 35 dollars, consistent with the area.
He was friendly. It’s refreshing to get a cut from a professional who knows what they’re doing.
