Hello Everyone! I've been planning on getting new carpets for my house for about 2 years now and I was finally able to! ALL THANKS TO BRIANNA! After going to 3 other flooring stores in Bakersfield, I was able to get great quality carpet for an amazing price! Brianna went above and beyond to explain the entire process and she, herself came out to measure while explaining it all to me. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns. She did NOT try to upsell me at all! She knew the color I was looking for and went above to find another quality carpet on the color I wanted. My home finally feels like a comfy home again! THANK YOU BRIANNA!

We dealt with Scott at Flooring 101 and were very impressed with his knowledge and kindness..We were shown many styles and types of carpets and vinyl planks and were given recommendations by Scott..We made our decision and the vinyl needed to be special ordered..When everything arrived, Manuel and his crew installed the vinyl planks and Jeff and crew took care of the carpet ( both Manuel and Jeff were great guys and super accommodating to work with)..They both did great jobs!! All in all we are very happy with our experience and would recommend Flooring 101 without reservation...A+++

Went in to Flooring 101 not knowing anything about flooring and left with a full education. Erik Falconer took his time with us, explaining the pros and cons of all different flooring types and letting us know what to look out for when it comes to demo and installation. Can't recommend these guys highly enough! Thanks for all the help!
