“Had a pair of glasses break right at the bridge point. Other places either did not carry the brand or did not have a replacement in stock due to the frame being over 2 years old. Bakersfield Optical was willing to look through their stock to see if a frame fit the existing lenses, and were actually able to find a frame for me. They had the new lenses in within minutes. Highly recommended for any glasses repairs!“

“Overall good experience... doc and staff were friendly and nice. I took one star away because my son ripped his trial contact and his contacts aren't in yet. So, I called the office to find out if they would have a replacement until his order is in and they told me they didn't have anything close to his prescription available which is weird considering they had them on the day he was prescribed them so I thought that was a bummer and an excuse. I would be okay with paying for it but the fact that they didn't give that as an option sucks!“
