To my delight, I was able to make an appointment with Betty for 10am the same day, so hopped in my car and made my way to Bakersfield…albeit was a little nervous about having someone new do my lashes…but Lash Professionals did not disappoint!! Betty did an AMAZING job on my lashes and they turned out better than ever!! The studio was inviting, warm and relaxing, fully equipped with a super comfy, vibrating massage table which actually gave me a 40 minute massage while Betty worked her magic!! Thank you, Betty!!! She has a wonderful attention to detail and checks in at each step to make sure I liked my nails! She was very gentle! Getting acrylics can hurt, but she did her best to make me comfortable. She even worked with me to cover up my natural nail beds when I wanted French tips! I will definitely come back and recommend her to friends.“

I told the owner and she said she's been having problems with that girl. Hopefully they get rid of her. 4 stars because owner acted like they cared.“
