I do not recommend this place (loved the last owners,)but after today, with the new owners, first time, I've been in there since we were shut down, went to pick up a garment that was mended for me that I had brought in the employee behind the counter waited on me, I gave her my cash money. She opened up her till she says well I don't have any money so you'll have to pay by card. Did not bring any of my cards with me. Just brought cash. she did not have any money to break my $20 bill. I need exactly a $10 bill she said she got hostile with me. I told her wait maybe I might have the change in my car went out found the change brought it in gave money to her and I merely asked her a simple question. Is this place going to just start taking cards now she couldn't answer my question. I proceeded to ask again, ma'am is this place going to take cards and not cash she still wouldn't answer my question she got pissed at me I asked her to please don't talk to me like that. I am a paying customer she continued to get hostile with me. I told her once again to stop that I was a payin customer and I did not appreciate the way she was treating me. I asked to speak to a manager or asked for a phone number to the manager. She just gave me a business card and said it was on the card. I proceeded to call the number on that card just to look up to find out that the number was to the store, called the store to see if I could talk to the manager. She wouldn't let me talk to nobody she hung up on me, I'm done with this place. I will never step foot back in there again I have never been so badly treated in a business establishment like I was today and I will tell my friends about it I will go elsewhere, even if it cost me a little bit more money. This is ridiculous to be treated like this but then I guess that is accepted nowadays being the way the world is and the way people are treated anymore. Pretty sad and disgusting. I didn't even want to give a one star they deserve a zero.

Worst customer service ever.. I tried once, then after few weeks I try again. The lady took her time to help me and she was very upset or something. I grabbed my clothes and told her, I'll be back I forgot something. Never coming back again.

This business changed hands a couple of years ago. The new owners lack integrity and refuse to honor prepaid services. I do not recommend using them. And if you do , be very careful- they will charge you more than agreed to.
