Seems there has been a change in staff. The gentleman who did my fill did not listen when I told him the paint seemed to be chipped and nails looked lumpy. Not sure what happened to Amber... but I will not be back. I spend way too much money to be so unhappy. He literally put only 1 coat of nail polish. No top coat, no nothing

I love coming to this Crown Royal location. It is very conveniently located and has a great atmosphere. I always always always schedule my appointments with Bella. I get a dip manicure and she is the absolute best nail artist I have ever had! Bella is always very quick but is extremely detail oriented and always makes sure each nail looks perfect. I cannot recommend her enough and I will continue to always make an appointment with her.

I got a basic pedicure and felt like it was rushed. It says in the description that there is supposed to be a 7 minute massage. No timer was used so I kept track on my phone and I barely got a 3 minute massage. Give your clients what they are paying for!
