my cat started peeing blood last night around 10pm and by today at 1pm cookes had me in the office despite never having been there before. i don't get paid until tomorrow and they told me they'd rather treat him and wait for payment than postpone his visit and cause him harm. they gave me amazing service and prescribed him pain killers, antibiotics, and prescription cat food and i was out by 1:30. my cat is always scared at the vet but felt right at home there. they didn't charge me for an emergency visit and completely covered the pain medication without pet insurance. the head veterinarian and his assistants did an amazing job and this will be the only vet i ever take my son chunk to
Amazing experience so far. Keep in mind, there is only one person working the front handling visitors and phones. Most of the time they don't answer, but are pretty prompt on texting back. The vet and assistants are caring and honest. We are looking forward to bringing our other pets here in the future.
They're a great vet; friendly and caring. I was worried my dog wouldn't do well in their waiting room (lots of free roaming cats). They listened and worked out a way to get her in and out of the building safely. Prices weren't bad either! We'll definitely be using them again.
